🌿 We’re coming to the Exmouth Mental Health Drop-In next week!

Join Wellbeing Workshops for a friendly and practical Emotional Regulation session at Open Door Exmouth

We’ll explore emotional regulation from an evidence-based psychological perspective, including:

🧠 Top-down techniques—using the brain, thinking and attention to regulate
💚 Bottom-up techniques—using the body and physical senses to regulate
🧰 Practical tools to help you understand and manage your emotions

Join Michelle Finlay Yoga for welcoming weekly online seated yoga sessions that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

The sign-up link is in the comments below. Please sign up for the first session to sign up for all of them.

Move gently, breathe deeply and reconnect with your body without needing to get up and down from the floor. Each session combines mindful movement, breathing and relaxation to help improve mobility, release tension and calm the mind.

📅 Every Wednesday, 16 September–16 December
⏰ 7–8pm
💻 Online via Zoom

✔ Suitable for all ages and abilities
✔ Ideal for anyone with limited mobility or new to yoga
✔ No previous experience needed
✔ All movements can be adapted or omitted
✔ No one can see you; you can only see Michelle
✔ Simply bring a sturdy chair and wear comfortable clothing

This supportive women-only space is open to all women, including trans women and anyone who identifies as a woman.

You only need to register for the first session to be signed up for the full programme.

Join Michelle Finlay Yoga for a welcoming weekly seated yoga session designed especially for women.

Enjoy gentle, mindful movement, calming breathing, and relaxation, all without getting up and down from the floor. These supportive sessions can help improve mobility, release tension and calm the mind.

FREE MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH: PRACTICAL SKILLS FOR WELLBEING

Join us for two friendly, interactive workshops designed to help men better understand their mental health and build practical skills for everyday wellbeing.

The workshops will be delivered by an experienced female facilitator in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Understanding stress and triggers
• Managing emotions
• Healthy habits and boundaries
• Relationships and connection
• Building your own wellbeing toolkit

You’re welcome to talk, listen and learn at your own pace—there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

Have you ever felt like you’ve experienced life differently, but never quite understood why?

Whether you’re diagnosed, waiting for an assessment, or self-identify as neurodivergent, these two interactive workshops offer a safe, welcoming space to explore your experiences alongside other women who truly understand.

Together we’ll explore:

Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest transitions. Alongside caring for your baby, many parents find themselves asking, “Who am I now?” This workshop gently explores the changes that can come with becoming a parent, including shifts in identity, relationships, confidence and wellbeing.

Together we’ll explore:

💙 Practical tools to support your mental health and emotional wellbeing
🌱 Coping with the ups and downs of parenthood and finding what works for you

We’re excited to be offering a FREE 3-week wellbeing workshop series in Exmouth, designed to help you better understand your mind, emotions, and nervous system in a supportive and welcoming space.

📍 Open Door Exmouth
📅 Every Wednesday for 3 weeks
🕝 2.30pm – 4.30pm
🗓 Starting Wednesday 27th May 2026

Across the workshops, we’ll explore practical, psychologically informed tools to help you:

🌿 Navigate stress and overwhelm
🧠 Understand how the brain and emotions work
💬 Manage difficult emotions more effectively
💛 Build resilience and lasting wellbeing
🤝 Connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment
