Yesterday, we were proud to host a Dementia Information Session for our local community! The session was ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐›๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š ๐…๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐€๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐๐จ๐ซ, ๐ƒ๐ž๐ž, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Society.

It was a valuable afternoon of learning, sharing, and understanding. We believe that by opening these conversations to the public, we can help Sunbury and the surrounding areas become a more supportive place for those living with dementia and their families. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธโœจ
