⚽️⛳️What A Day!🎉

Sports Day at Four Ferns was a great opportunity for residents and staff to come together for a day of activity, friendly rivalry and plenty of fun.🎉

Teams competed across a range of events throughout the day, showing great determination, teamwork and good humour. Dressed in our CARA colours, the teams brought plenty of energy to the competition, while our Pride banner hung proudly and added to the vibrant atmosphere.👏

Away from the sporting action, there was plenty to enjoy with a barbecue, music from the DJ and lots of opportunities for residents, and staff to relax, chat and support the teams. Whether competing, cheering from the sidelines or enjoying the food and entertainment, everyone played their part in making the day a success.🎉

After a closely contested day of competition, congratulations go to our Second floor (Samuel Beckett)🏆 Led by their coach ADON Alex, the team were presented with the Sports Day trophy and crowned this year's champions.🏆🎉

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped create such an enjoyable day. A special thank you to all the staff and organisers whose hard work behind the scenes made the event possible.🎉

🌱 Following on from our last gardening post, our residents at The Four Ferns have continued to enjoy spending time outdoors, potting plants and bringing even more colour to our garden spaces.🎉

With the sunshine making a welcome appearance, there has been plenty of enthusiasm as residents embraced the opportunity to get involved, nurture new plants and help create beautiful displays for everyone to enjoy.👏

Gardening is a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy the fresh air and spend time together, and it's wonderful to see our residents taking such pride in helping our gardens flourish.🙏

We're looking forward to watching everything grow and bloom in the weeks ahead! 🌸🌿

✨Our residents at The Four Ferns have been busy recently, carefully preparing and planting flowers ☀️🌺.

Gardening activities are always popular, giving residents the chance to stay active, use their creativity and spend time together. As they worked, there was plenty of conversation, shared gardening tips and discussion about what flowers would look best once they are in bloom.🌺

We cannot wait to see the beautiful displays bloom in the weeks ahead, knowing they have been nurtured with such care and enthusiasm by our wonderful residents. 🌼

Our team were treated to beauty therapy and facials, giving them a well-deserved opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy a little time for themselves 💆‍♀️🌿
