What a FIN-tastic day on the water! 🎣☀️

One of our favorite annual outings with Let's Go Fishing - Eden Prairie Area was a great success! Our residents enjoyed a beautiful day in the sunshine, catching fish, and taking in the peaceful views on the water. To top it all off, everyone gathered for a picnic lunch together after their time on the water, making for the perfect summer afternoon.

Residents enjoyed a wonderful visit from CODA this week! The room was filled with music, smiles, and plenty of toe-tapping as everyone sang along to familiar favorites! Thank you, CODA, for bringing so much joy and energy to our campus! 🎶🎤

With more than a century of history, the Minnesota Masonic Home has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of older adults while staying true to its mission of compassionate care.

This photo takes us back to January 1990, when leaders, residents, and supporters gathered for the groundbreaking of the Cluster Homes. This expansion introduced a new independent living option while strengthening our commitment to providing a full continuum of care.

More than 35 years later, the Cluster Homes remain a lasting reminder of our dedication to innovation, independence, and exceptional care!

This month, we hosted an amazing Family Day on the Minnesota Masonic Home campus, bringing residents, families, and staff together for a wonderful summer evening.

Residents and their loved ones enjoyed a delicious outdoor meal featuring grilled burgers, chips, watermelon, and sweet treats. The event also included live music, face painting, and yard games, creating fun for all ages.

All residents were invited to come outside and enjoy dinner and activities in the beautiful weather. It was truly a special evening filled with laughter, connection, and meaningful time spent together.

Family Day was a wonderful reminder of the strength of our community and the joy that comes from bringing the Masonic family together. We are grateful for everyone who helped make this event such a success.

This month, we hosted an amazing Men’s Gathering to celebrate all the dads, grandfathers, great-grandfathers, father figures, and the wonderful men in our lives.

Residents were encouraged to invite family members to join them for a special brunch in Dan Patch Hall, creating an opportunity to spend meaningful time together. It was a wonderful event filled with great food, conversation, laughter, and connection.

The gathering was a special way for families to come together and celebrate the important men in our community!

We are proud to share that Minnesota Masonic Home has received a Certificate of Achievement from the American Heart Association through its Mission: Lifeline Stroke Post-Acute Care initiative.

This recognition highlights our commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based stroke rehabilitation and recovery support for those in our care.

Through participation in this initiative, our team continues to strengthen stroke-specific rehabilitation programs, staff education, care coordination, and quality improvement efforts all with the goal of helping residents achieve the best possible outcomes.

At Minnesota Masonic Home, we are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care while following the latest best practices to support recovery and improve lives!

One of our Independent Living residents shared his sweet cat, Sampson, with our Long Term Care residents this month, and he was a huge hit! 🐾 Residents enjoyed holding him, giving cuddles, petting him, and sharing memories of being pet parents. We are excited for him to come back and visit again soon.

Gideon Comfort Dog got to join in on a fun game of Family Feud yesterday! We always love when he comes to visit our residents, bringing his calming presence, cozy companionship, and plenty of smiles along the way. Thank you, Gideon, for making the day even more special! 🐾❤️
