Founded in 1978, Meadowbrook Care Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 150+ beds located in Montgomery (Cincinnati), Ohio. We provide temporary respite stays, short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs & services. Meadowbrook Care Center embraces a holistic approach to healthcare, and minister to mind, body and spirit.

🎶💙 Our residents were treated to a wonderful musical performance by local students!

The talented musicians filled the room with beautiful music, bringing smiles, applause, and plenty of enjoyment to everyone in attendance. We are so grateful for these young performers who shared their time and talents with us.

We were so excited to welcome Tyler back for a visit! Tyler was a resident with us in 2025, and it was great to see him doing well and thriving back in the community.

🎨✨ Creativity was on full display as our residents enjoyed a fun afternoon of Mosaic Frame Art!

Residents spent time designing and coloring beautiful personalized artwork, transforming simple templates into colorful masterpieces they were proud to showcase. The activity encouraged creativity, self-expression, and plenty of smiles as everyone added their own unique touch to their creations.

To make the day even more special, local music students treated everyone to a wonderful live performance that filled the room with beautiful melodies and brought joy to residents and staff alike. 🎻🎶

It was a wonderful day filled with art, music, creativity, and meaningful moments shared together. 💙
