Hey friends -
This is just your reminder to check your mid-week stress. It isn’t about the situation; it’s a nervous system issue.

Simple reset tools:
Step outside for 5–10 minutes
Slow breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6)
Cold water on wrists or face
Move your body (walk, stretch, shake it out)

You think more clearly when your body isn’t in stress mode.
