They understand that your success doesn’t take anything away from theirs. That there is enough room for all of you to be seen, supported, celebrated, and wildly successful.

And something happens to your nervous system when you experience that kind of room…you start expanding what you believe is possible, you start to settle into your authenticity, and you start feeling the power of shame slaying women expressing themselves.

Intentionally putting yourself in rooms with women who are building, leading, creating, and expanding at a level you may not have experienced before is more powerful than you may realize.

Because your nervous system gets to experience:
✨ women who don’t shrink themselves
✨ conversations where big dreams are normal
✨ receiving support without having to earn it
✨ being around abundance without immediately questioning whether you belong
✨ a version of “what’s possible” that your body can actually witness

Sometimes expansion isn’t about pushing yourself harder. Sometimes it’s about giving your nervous system a new environment and new energy to learn from.

I’ve been investing in myself the past year by getting into mentorship containers and rooms with wildly successful women so I can bring you with me. Reaching your next level isn’t just a mindset shift, it’s an embodiment shift and I’m here to help support you in doing the deeper work.

At the time, that was super frustrating and finding a job was a battle but three years later and I’m back in Colorado to attend a conference for female entrepreneurs who are building businesses at levels I didn’t know were possible!

Sometimes the life you build after everything falls apart is better than you allowed yourself to imagine.

Trust yourself enough to make a change before you know exactly what comes next.

You don’t need the whole plan.
You don’t need to know exactly who you’re becoming.
You just need to be willing to listen when something inside you says there is more available for you than what you’ve been experiencing.

You can make the big change.
You can begin again.
You can build something entirely different than you imagined.

And maybe the point isn’t to get back to the person you were before.

Maybe it’s to become someone you couldn’t have imagined becoming yet. 🩵
