Meet Melissa!

Melissa is our invaluable Client Care Manager, and she is often the very first person you speak to when you call or visit The Hearing & Speech Center!

Specialty at HSC: Anticipating challenges and streamlining processes to keep operations seamless and allow clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care.

Best Part of the Job: Every day is filled with moments that remind us how powerful communication truly is — and how lucky we are to help make it possible and serve our clients.

When not in the Office: When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and trying new restaurants. I also love a good cup of coffee and a quiet moment to recharge.
