Belonging can make a meaningful difference in how we experience support.

When people see themselves reflected, know their voices matter, and feel welcomed just as they are, it becomes easier to build trust, seek help, and connect with community.

That's one of the lasting lessons of Bebe Moore Campbell's legacy. She championed spaces where people could talk openly about mental health, honor their lived experiences, and know they belonged.

As we recognize Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, we're reminded that everyone deserves mental health support where they feel seen, heard, and understood.

Resilience doesn't mean facing challenges alone.

It can be found in the people who support us, the communities that uplift us, and the courage to keep moving forward—even when the path isn't easy.

At the same time, resilience doesn't mean you have to carry everything on your own. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and everyone deserves access to care that respects their lived experiences, culture, and identity.

Let's continue creating communities where every person feels supported, connected, and empowered to seek help when they need it.
