Before you Google that symptom, ask yourself, “Am I trying to get information... or am I trying to get relief?” Because if you’re on your 7th article and somehow feeling worse, it’s probably the second one!!!!

I know how this feels- I’ve been there myself.. for many years. It’s an illness that pulls you in, keeps you stuck and doesn’t let you go easily.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

I truly believe that there are people out there selling wonderful courses that are helpful, ethical, and real. I even have several friends on here that do-they’re awesome and people truly see results!

I also think there are scam artists that act like they can help, but are really there to take your money.

If you’re buying a course, you need to know what the course is about and if the ticket price matches what you get out of it. If you’re buying a course on just how to make content on social media, that’s fine- it shouldn’t be thousands of dollars, if you’re buying a course just on how to network, great! It shouldn’t be thousands of dollars… but if you’re buying an all-encompassing marketing course and it is thousands of dollars, they sure as h3Ll should be offering you all of these things and I feel passionately about that as a business owner.

TLDL (but actually, you should listen if this matters to you)
1. Can they fill more than themselves if your goal is the have a group practice?
2. How are they actually getting referrals?
3. Do they rank?
4. Do they actually understand SEO and backlinks?
5. Are they growing on social media right now? (If you want to learn how to also market here)
6. Have they succeeded in a competitive market?
7. Are they only teaching one marketing channel?
8. Do they make everything sound easy?
