HAP is a nonprofit organization providing free legal services to reduce homelessness in Philadelphia

Established in 1990, HAP is the only legal services organization dedicated to providing direct civil legal services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. HAP also advocates for the needs of the City’s homeless population, promoting positive changes in policies that impact those needs.

Every Wednesday 11:30 – 2pm, you can find our staff members at Broad Street Love for our weekly legal clinic. These clinics are a great way to talk with one of our attorneys without an appointment!

If you can’t make it to a clinic we are always available via phone 215-523-9595 or through our online portal!
