How to do a median nerve glide 👇

Nerve glides (sometimes called nerve flossing) are used to help the nerve move more smoothly through the wrist. They can de helpful for hand pain, tingling, or numbness - especially when symptoms are related to irritation around the wrist like carpal tunnel syndrome ✋💥

Common ways to do them:
⭐️ Open and close the hand
⭐️ Alternate wrist flexing and extension
⭐️ Add gentle head movement with the arm

You might also see:
✊ Fist to open hand variations
💁 the “waitress” position
💪 Arm and neck movements done together

Remember: gentle tension only. You may feel a mild stretch but it should not cause sharp pain!
