A hydrating elixir for the drier autumn months.

🫖 AUTUMN PEAR & APPLE ELIXIR

• 1 apple, cubed
• 1 pear, cubed
• 3-5 jujubes, pitted
• 1L filtered water

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm.
