PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. This month, we recognize the strength of those living with PTSD and encourage understanding, compassion, and support.

Recovery is possible, and no one has to face their journey alone. Together, we can help reduce stigma and promote mental wellness for all.

Today, members and staff from Smith County Clubhouse enjoyed a fun afternoon of bowling, laughter, and community connection! 🎳

Outings like these give members the opportunity to build friendships, encourage one another, and enjoy meaningful experiences together in the community. From strikes to smiles, it was a great day spent making memories and supporting recovery through connection.

Today’s celebration was a wonderful reminder of the power of community partnerships and the impact they have on the lives of adults living with mental illness right here in Tyler. Because of support like this, we are able to continue creating opportunities for connection, purpose, recovery, and hope every single day.

Members of Smith County Clubhouse enjoyed getting out into the community this week with a walk to! Spending time outdoors, getting active, and sharing conversations together are all important parts of recovery and wellness. We loved the fresh air, beautiful scenery, and the opportunity to connect with one another along the way.
