At here. we believe mental health care should feel human, compassionate and grounded. We are a warm and holistic psychology practice, and we’re looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week) in Canberra.

Working closely alongside our Practice Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and helping create a calm, welcoming and supportive experience for both clients and clinicians.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organised, dependable and genuinely enjoys supporting others. Someone who values meaningful work, strong relationships and being part of a close-knit team.

Meet Lisa, our awesome Telehealth Registered Psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. Her books are now open for new clients 🙌🏼

Lisa works from a warm, compassionate and person-centred approach and draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She has experience supporting people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges and relationship difficulties.

Lisa also has a special interest in supporting health professionals, emergency service workers, hospital staff, police, military and defence personnel, helping individuals build resilience and recover from trauma.
