Hands up if the word "should" gets a regular workout in your head. 🙋
It might seem harmless, but "should" can quietly pile on pressure, guilt and self judgement. It keeps us focused on what we're not doing, rather than recognising what's already working.
That's why we're not big fans of the s-word.
