Child friendly facility with 2x Kids Play areas. Bookings essential via our website or Fit by Wix app.

Our Post Natal Course has been designed to not only help mums with their physical health, but also provide a community to support their mental health 🩷

At each session our beautiful baby whisperer, Kyrenia, will be there to support and care for the bubs whilst the mums have 60min for themselves.
You are also free to keep them next to you in their pram or on a mat if you feel more comfortable 😊
