If I were to choose one supplement for people with high cholesterol, the beginnings of fatty liver and an HBA1C (average blood sugar over 3 months) of close to 6 then Berberine is number 1!

Rosacea can be stubborn because the microbiome can be missing some key bacteria. Homeopathy has a specific remedy for it too. Using both my naturopathy and homeopathy I was able to nail this case thanks to outstanding compliance in every way including diet changes!

Feeling grateful that I was able to finish my Post Graduate Advanced Homeopathy Training to add onto my naturopathy degree training. At times I didn't know if I could retain the mountains of knowledge but my clients have already benefited so much from homeopathy so it was worth it!
