✨ I hinted at some exciting news last night… so here goes! ✨

As many of you know, I specialise in women’s health, and this has been a huge passion of mine throughout my career.

I trained in fertility and pregnancy treatments many years ago, and for the past 15 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting so many of you through the different stages of your hormonal journey. From fertility and pregnancy to the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause, women’s health has always been at the heart of what I do. ❤️

I’m constantly learning, reading and researching, and I’m absolutely delighted to share that I’ve taken the next step…

🌸 I’m currently studying to become a Menopause Wellness Coach! 🌸

It feels like such a natural progression for both me and Tranquility Holistics, and I’m genuinely so excited about where this new chapter will take me — and how I can support even more women through what can be a really challenging stage of life.

I’m studying hard at the moment 📚 but I’m hoping to hold my first menopause workshop before the end of September.

And I’ll be looking for some friendly faces to join me at those first few sessions! 🥰

This mask, as most of my regular clients know, is a firm favourite... It is a clay based mask with the most heavenly smell, it has an amazing warming feeling whilst on and leaves the skin looking glowy and radiant. My client tomorrow has booked an hours combination appointment and has requested a mini facial which includes a double cleanse, she adores this mask so we will apply this while she has some reflexology followed by a face massage all for only £54 using the current special offer.
