This , we wanted to let you know about our free Walk and Talk taking place later this month.

Sometimes a simple walk, a bit of fresh air and a chat with other people can make a real difference to how we’re feeling and, with May also being , it’s a great time to get involved.

⏰ 12pm – 2pm
📍 Meet at Riddings Community Centre Car Park

Suitable for all ages and abilities, with free parking and tea and coffee available after the walk.

The walk is free to attend, so just come along and join us.

📣 Our practice is part of the ARCH Primary Care Network, working together with eight other local GP practices to offer a wider range of healthcare services for our patients.

This includes services like:

▫️First Contact Physiotherapists – Specialist physiotherapists who can assess, diagnose and provide initial treatment for musculoskeletal problems.

▫️Mental Health Practitioners – Offering holistic assessments, advice and support for patients with a range of mental health needs.

▫️Extended Access Appointments – Including Saturday clinics at Church Farm Primary Care, with GP appointments, medication reviews with the Pharmacy Team, and cervical screening.
