🎉 It’s National Patient Participation Group (PPG) Week! 🎉

Did you know our practice has a Patient Participation Group (PPG)? 👥

A PPG is made up of patients who work together with the practice to help improve services, share ideas 💡, give feedback 🗣️, and make sure patient voices are heard 👂.

Our PPG helps by:
✅ Sharing patient experiences and suggestions
✅ Improving communication between patients and the surgery
✅ Supporting health campaigns and community projects
✅ Helping us shape and improve practice services

We know not everyone can attend meetings in person, so we also have a Virtual PPG Facebook Group 💻 — making it easy to get involved from home 🏡, stay informed ℹ️, and share your views whenever suits you best ⏰
