Simply to see what kind of support feels right for you, right now.

No pressure to know the answer.

No expectation to have it figured out.

Grief doesn't ask you to have it together.

Neither do I.

If now isn't the right time, that's completely okay too.

You're still welcome here. I'll keep sharing thoughts, reflections, and the occasional gentle reminder that grief doesn't have to be done alone.

With love, always,
Jen x

πŸŒ• Tomorrow night, under the Blue Moon, I’ll be holding the Ancestor Remembrance Circle.

A quiet space.

A deeper remembering.

πŸ”₯ For those who came before
🌿 For the line that continues
πŸ•― For the love that still holds

If you feel called, you’re welcome to join in your own way.

Light a candle.

Pour a drink.

Sit with them.

No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

πŸŒ• Ancestor Remembrance Circle – Blue Moon - 31st May

Under this rare Blue Moon, I’ll be holding a private ritual to honour the ancestral line.

πŸ•― Candles lit

πŸ”₯ Elements honoured

🌿 Food and drink offered in gratitude

πŸ’› Names (known or unknown) held with care

You’re welcome to take part from wherever you are.

You might:

– Light a candle

– Offer food or drink

– Sit in quiet gratitude

– Speak to those who came before you

πŸ“© If you’d like to be part of this, send me a message or simply hold the intention on the night.

This is about remembering where you come from and feeling all who stand behind you.

That's the heart of the work I offer.

A space where you can say what's actually true for you, without worrying about how it's received.

Where someone sits with you and says, in a quiet way: yes. That makes sense. πŸ’›

No pressure.

No expectation.

With love, always,

Jen x

Silenced. Minimised. Expected to behave. Swallowed so life can carry on as normal. Your grief matters. It always did. Here, it doesn't have to be explained or tidied up. It just has to be yours.

No pressure. No expectation. Just an open door, and tea, oh and cake too, always cake!

With love, always, Jen

Grief can feel incredibly lonely. Not because people don't care, but because so few know how to sit with the truth of it.

You don't have to do this by yourself.

Come find me in my bio or send me a message. πŸ’›

My work brings together therapeutic support, ritual, spiritual practice, and deep listening.

Not to make you better. Not to move you on. But to sit with what's real, and to stay. This is grief done differently. Here, it isn't measured or managed. It's witnessed.

No pressure. No expectation. Just an open door, and tea, oh and cake too, always cake!

With love, always, Jen x
