Operations & Marketing Coordinator
We're a small family-run online health food business based in Buckfastleigh, Devon, and we're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our business. You'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly while also supporting our marketing and online sales. No two days are the same, you might be answering customer emails one minute, packing orders the next, then creating a newsletter or helping optimise one of our website listings.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves learning new skills, and is excited to help a growing wellness brand thrive.
What you'll be doing
-Delivering outstanding customer service via email and phone
-Picking and packing customer orders with care and accuracy
-Assisting with product fulfilment, including packing products into pouches, bottles and tinctures
-Coordinating between the office and warehouse to keep everything running smoothly
-Supporting stock management and ordering supplies when needed
-Helping manage our WooCommerce and Amazon marketplace, including listings and product updates
-Assisting with email newsletters, social media and marketing content
-Helping improve systems and processes across the business
-Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day projects
-Keeping our workspace organised, efficient and running smoothly�
About you
You'll probably enjoy this role if you:
-Love being organised and keeping lots of moving parts under control
-Are confident using technology and enjoy learning new software
-Have excellent written English and enjoy writing marketing copy or newsletters
-Have a passion for creating content for social media
-Have experience with WooCommerce and Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms (preferred but not essential)
-Can confidently switch between office work and practical warehouse tasks
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Are friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping customers
-Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in�
It would be a bonus if you have
-Experience using WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
-Experience with Amazon Seller Central
-Canva, photoshop or other graphic design skills
-Experience with email marketing platforms
-An interest in health, nutrition and natural wellbeing
