As of the 1st October 2026, the Medicine Order Line phone hours will be 8am – 2pm, Monday to Friday.

The Medicine Order Line remains a convenient way to order repeat prescriptions, and patients can continue to speak with an experienced Medicine Order Line adviser during these hours.

Using online ordering services where possible helps ensure that telephone support remains available for patients who need it most, while giving everyone a choice of convenient ways to request their repeat medications.

Unfortunately, our number of missed appointments (DNAs) increased during September, with a total of 45 clinical hours lost.

We’re working hard to tackle this. Our team are continuing to contact patients to confirm Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments, but we need your support too. πŸ’™
