Earlier this week, staff at St. Peter's Hospital's Hospice Inpatient Unit set up a Missing Man Table (also known as a Fallen Comrade Table) in its common room for patients, families and staff. The Missing Man Table is a solemn military tradition to honor service members who are fallen, missing in action, or prisoners of war.

This Memorial Day, we encourage everyone to take a moment to remember the brave men and women who answered our nation’s call, serving and fighting for our freedom with honor.
