It's Employee Appreciation Week at Worthington Christian Village!

Every year we take a week to say an extra-special thank you to all our staff for going above and beyond for our residents. We'll have gifts, treats, and food trucks throughout the week to celebrate.

The Village employs 131 staff, in both full- and part-time capacities:
25 Dietary Staff
23 Administrative Staff
16 Environmental Services Staff
52 Healthcare Center Staff
15 Assisted Living Staff

We have an incredible 21 staff members who have been with the Village for 10 years or more!

Be sure this week thank a WCV staff member for all they do!

Save the Date!

On Monday, August 3, we invite you to join us for a silent auction benefiting the OMA Art program at WCV. The art produced by our Healthcare Center residents will be auctioned off with proceeds going towards another installment of the OMA program.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

The Worthington Civic Band was kind enough to relocate to the Multi-Purpose Room on Monday night to keep our audience from being outside in the July heat for too long. A big thank-you to all of them for performing for us - we always look forward to their visits!

Here's hoping that the remainder of our Summer Concert Series performances can be held outside on the lawn. 😎☀️🍦

One year ago today, residents, staff, friends, and family both past and present, came out to celebrate 40 years of Worthington Christian Village! While we're not having a party for #41, we're grateful for another year of doing what we do best!
