🎉 Employee Spotlight: Carmelina Hernandez 🎉

Carmelina is a bilingual Certified Medical Assistant and Schedule Coordinator at the WCMS main office. Carmelina has been part of the WCMS team for two years, where she helps keep the office running smoothly by checking the daily schedule and rooming patients.

Before joining WCMS, Carmelina worked as a Production Supervisor at Indiana Packers, bringing valuable leadership and organizational experience to her current role.
What Carmelina enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to learn new things and continue growing in her career. Being bilingual also allows her to communicate with and support a diverse range of patients and families.

Outside of work, Carmelina enjoys reading and running. A fun fact about her is that she ran the Honolulu Marathon in 2025—an incredible accomplishment!

🎉 Employee Spotlight: Stephanie Souligne 🎉

Meet Stephanie Souligne, an EMT at WCMS! Stephanie has been part of the WCMS team for the past year, serving in first-line assessment and bringing an impressive 22 years of medical assistant experience and 16 years of EMT experience to her role.
What Stephanie enjoys most about her work is being one of the first friendly faces people see when they walk through the door. She loves welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys taking long walks, and spending time caring for her cat, Bailey. Her greatest accomplishment, though, is being a mom to her kids.

And for a fun fact: Stephanie can communicate using sign language!
