You might feel like it’s a willpower problem, like it’s a YOU problem that you have sugar cravings.

But it’s likely much deeper than that!

If you have sugar cravings or cravings in general, it tells me that you just might have insulin resistance and blood sugar dysregulation.

Especially if you find that you’re hungry again just after you eat something starchy or sweet

Cutting carbs and muscling through the cravings to “get more willpower” is probably what you’re trying, but this is likely intensifying your cravings

Instead, you need to get to the ROOT of your cravings (insulin resistance) to finally root out those cravings for good!

And that’s exactly what one of my clients did to reduce her binging/restricting cycle in just 6 weeks without cutting carbs or strict diets

She nourished her body with protein, fiber, fat, and yes, carbs too, to stabilize her blood sugars and energy levels and reported little to no overindulgences!

If you’re ready for MORE energy, LESS cravings, and feeling like a million bucks in your body again by summer time, then comment BREAKTHROUGH below and let’s see if coaching is a mutually good fit 🥳

SAVE this for future reference and/or SHARE with someone who needs it!

Did you know that your mouth can reveal quite a bit about your health??

And dentists play a big role in diabetes management too!
Here are a few signs from your mouth indicating that your blood sugars may need a little TLC:
🪥 sore mouth
🪥 red gums
🪥 bad breath
🪥 loose teeth and/or losing teeth
🪥 food particles frequently getting stuck

Be sure to share with your dentist about your blood sugars and past history with diabetes so they can specifically help you care for and protect your pearly whites.

Managing your blood sugars is key for oral health and your stress levels!

She was doing everything “right”...
✔️ Eating high-protein and counting her carbs
✔️ Checking her post meal blood sugars and managing with medications
✔️ Walking 3 miles daily plus an hour of spin

And somehow, she didn’t see any changes in her blood sugars or weight.

Her post meal numbers were >200s despite having a separate meal from her family

😔 She felt exhausted in the afternoons
😔 Her clothes felt the same even with her daily exercise

Because here’s what no one tells you:
Eating high protein alone might temporarily lower your blood sugar, but in the long term your body will convert the protein to sugar for energy (gluconeogenesis). And focusing on protein isn’t the magic bullet nutrition strategy you need to see the needle move.

It wasn’t until we reviewed her food diary, blood sugar logs, and daily habits - then she realized everything she was doing was completely backwards for HER.

Her blood sugars were above target not because she ate carbs, but HOW she ate them.
And her waistline wasn’t budging not because she wasn’t exercising, but she was exercising TOO intensely while her body was stressed.

If you can’t even remember a time when your blood sugars were

Client A was thiiiis close to restricting all carbs, but he enrolled in Blood Sugar Breakthrough coaching instead.

When he came to me, his doctor had just told him that he needed to cut out carbs, exercise more, and lose weight to manage his diabetes.

He started to spiral and thought he had to skip his vacation and completely change his life.

But then he started coaching and:

👉 After the first session, he felt energized after each meal on vacation
👉 6 weeks later, he had lost 8 pounds
👉 And in just 12 weeks, he lowered his a1c from 8.9 to 7.0!

Oh and btw, he got these results while on a three week vacation in Asia!

Imagine where he would be if he had just cut carbs?
Still exhausted. Still inflamed. And still guessing.

You deserve thrive with energy and I’d love to show you how.

I’m looking for 2 women who want to be personally coached by me to regain your energy, get your a1c to target, and feel amazing in your clothes again before the holidays!

Comment Breakthrough and let’s start the conversation to see if 1:1 coaching is a mutually good fit!

Just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean that it’s the best habit for you!

This is why coaching can be a game changer.

A coach gives you targeted support based on your diet, lifestyle, labs, and goals 🎯

Not some generic “exercise more” advice bc not all exercise is created equal!

(I’m not saying all exercise is bad, but some exercise can boost insulin sensitivity more than others 👀)

Comment BREAKTHROUGH below and let’s get the conversation started to see if coaching is right for you 😊

Your “healthy” breakfast may be the very reason you’re not seeing your alc drop below 7% and the scale isn’t budging!

Two eggs and a low calorie latte may *seem* like they’re healthy choices because you’re eating protein, barely any carbs, and it’s low calorie for weight loss...

However, this is likely the reason you’re NOT seeing the results you want.

Let’s break it down-
Two eggs and your low calorie latte:
❌ not enough protein to keep blood sugars stable + Lee you full
❌ missing fiber and healthy fat, both of which support steady blood sugar, meaning stable energy and fullness
❌ not enough of the right carbs and overall calories to support healthy hormones, energy production, and prevent late night snacking and craving

What you need instead:
- at least 25-30 grams of protein for fullness + stable blood sugars
-fiber (~10 grams) for blood sugar support and fullness
- healthy fat to stabilize blood sugar, keep you full, and help you think clearly
- enough carbs and calories for energy and preventing cravings + snacking

When your body is nourished, it feels safe, lowering stress hormones for better blood sugar management and weight loss.

If you want more support with balanced blood sugar breakfasts, comment BREAKFAST below and I’ll send you my cheat sheet to show you how to get started today!
