Little miss ‘shape’, Kassandra, at 7 weeks out from show numero uno. An all natural athlete that just did her first comp last fall, making big improvements all offseason. Coming into new territory w/ her physique. This should be a very impressive package when done. We will see her on stage next month.

Just about 7 ish weeks of progress here. just had a baby a year ago, lost a lot of weight post baby and now we are eating like a champ regaining the lost tissue and getting back into her normal routine. We have added food just about weekly. We are well over 500g of carbs on training days, only touching cardio to keep her appetite moving. Rach will be getting back on stage in the fall and I couldn’t be more excited for her!

Super proud of - she has been attending our 5 AM group classes for some time now, but the past few months she decided to lock in and change her mindset towards food and training. Down over 25 lbs and actively intensifying her training every week. I asked her permission to post these and she wrote her own caption as follows-
“One of the biggest things I have thought about in the past year is how RJ who I worked with before helped me feel safe in the gym and you picked up from there and have helped me feel safe in my own body. How I look and what I weigh are the least interesting things about me - the obstacles I have had to conquer in my own mind and body have given me a new confidence in every area of my life”. Truly can’t be happier to hear a client say that. Looking forward to her continued success.

Genuinely couldn’t be more proud of this guy. Ryan and Shayne worked on his routine every Monday. Can’t say I’ve been this entertained watching a routine in 11 years of training clients. Have to obviously give huge props to for taking his prep so seriously and his posing. He took every ounce of “add the sizzle” to heart. And obviously my husband for creating a routine for Shayne that couldn’t have been more fitting for this dudes personality to shine. Gotta know your client to create a great routine- these guys did a great job.

taking through a posing session after training legs this morning! Rach just had her first baby, has been back with us online for a little over a month getting back into the gym full force and we have been able to pretty much weekly crank her food up- she even gets to eat her favorite meal of Mac and cheese, even if I refused to put hot dogs in it 😂. But we are contemplating a comeback show this winter so time to start polishing up the posing. I would say this is an excellent first session!

These pictures are 15 weeks apart, starting weight 178, last photos at 208. This is a great representation of what adding size can look like, unfortunately today everyone uses trying to gain tissue as an excuse to add useless body fat or push their body into places of discomfort which show themselves in forms of swelling, high glucose, inability to walk up a set a stairs without panting. Obviously this is also a case of great genetics but also a representation of what can be done with a proper plan and not just shoving useless calories down your throat.

January on the left, this last weekend on the right. Preparing ourselves for a nice offseason before a show in mid 2027! Really proud of her for getting through this dieting phase that no one wants to do so we can be set up to optimally put on some solid size. Online client .fit —. From 1 bajillion miles away we started a small offseason phase in November (photos on the left at 151 lbs), worked food up to a great place, exchanged a million training videos to get that up to par, she came and spent a week with us in February, we trained and posed, she taught herself to pose with just verbal critique via text. Then she came all the way here to spend peak week with us, get her ass kicked and tweak all of her posing to which she picked up and changed in the final days before the show. All of that to say, she is a dream client- works her ass off, hits every detail and I’m so proud of her final look for this show! (Stage weight of 133.2). Really looking forward to seeing what a real offseason does! ❤️
