A little girl was drowning in the pool.
Everyone at the party gathered at the edge.
Watching. Wanting to help. Horrified.
And then - one person jumped in.
Expensive dress. Done.
Pretty shoes. Ruined.
Didn't even think twice.
I've been sitting with this image all week.
I spent last three days with Coaches, Practitioners and Healers around the world.
Almost 400 coaches from around the world registered for the event.
Three Shifts. Three Frameworks. Three Pillars
All pointing to one thing :
“7 minute client breakthrough”
Conversations went to places most training rooms never go.
And the thread running through all of it?
We have confused wanting to help with knowing how to help.
Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud💣
Most of us are standing at the edge of the pool.
💜Heart in the right place.
🙌Hands in the air.
👗Pretty dress completely intact.
We *want* to help. We genuinely do.
But we haven't invested in the kind of expertise that makes help actually land.
Because expertise costs something.
🎯It costs the comfort of your current knowing.
🎯It costs the identity you've built around the tools you already have.
🎯It costs sometimes quite literally - the expensive dress you worked so hard to wear.
This is why so many coaches and practitioners are suffering right now.
Not because they don't care.
They care deeply.
⚡️But caring is not the same as competence.
⚡️Intention is not the same as impact.
⚡️Showing up is not the same as being equipped.
And what we kept returning to again and again - was this:
“Expertise is not arrogance. It's your duty”
It's the willingness to keep going deeper when everyone else has decided they know enough.
It's the willingness to get in the water 💦 fully, completely, without protecting what you came in wearing.
There are many who want to help.
There are very few who “can” help at the level that actually changes someone.
Which one are you?
Not a judgment. A question worth sitting with.
