Proud to be re-certified as Level 3 QHHT Practitioner and to continue the legacy of Dolores Cannon in Adelaide South Australia. I have been offering QHHT now for 10 years and I keep being inspired by the strength and resilience of every single human being and the love that they share despite of the experiences they have gone through in this life. How to overcome anxiety

Befriend your mind. It is here to serve you. In the past your mind has been trained by society including your caregivers. You are the new master of your mind. Train it like you would train a dog. Your mind loves you beyond your imagination. It wants the best for you and needs your help to direct it to serve you the most. Your mind is not your enemy. Your mind is following the old patterns you learnt from others. These old lessons no longer serve you. Teach your mind to let go and update your software to what is working for you today.

Day 30 - silence

Today is the “last” day of the 30-day self awareness process. Today I invite you to just sit in silence.

You can reflect on the last 30 days of your practice if you wish and notice what has changed, if anything at all.

Or, simply, I invite you to just sit in silence/ with silence (you may even discover there is no such thing as silence! Haha 😜)… just be… nothing to think about, nothing reflect on, nothing to focus on. Just be.

Week 5 - Integration
Day 29 - Choice vs Control

Today, we reflect on the choices we have and the control we don’t have over things or people or situations.

I invite you to reflect what you have control over, what you can choose yourself. And reflect on what you believe that you have no control over. The most common belief is that having control implies choice.
Throughout the day reflect on both control and choices. Are they the same, are they linked? Or are they completely two different things?

As you reflect, notice when you make a conscious choice and when you have the wish to control. Observe with curiosity, compassion (if you can) and no judgment.
