Did you know that as you head into perimenopause, your bone density starts to drop off more rapidly?
In fact, it starts to drop off from around the age of 30ā¦
So, this post is probably timely for almost everyone reading it!
What can you do NOW to help your bones?
ā”ļø If you have the risk factors, chat to your GP about blood tests to check your vitamin D and calcium levels.
ā”ļø If youāre over 50, and youāve had a fracture, push for a scan to assess bone density more specifically.
