Anxiety and stress can feel similar but they are not always the same.

Stress often shows up when there is pressure to perform, decide, complete, or manage something happening in the moment.

Anxiety can feel more persistent like ongoing nervousness, racing thoughts, uncomfortable body sensations, or a sense that something bad might happen, even when the pressure isn’t immediately present.

Both are valid.
Both can affect your body, mood, sleep, relationships, and daily life.

The important question is not just, “Is this stress or anxiety?”
It’s also:
What is my mind and body trying to tell me right now?
