Depending on the need of each person a collaborative approach for care planning is done by our registered physiotherapists in Hamilton. More weight and more reps don't always mean better training.

Increasing the load too quickly, rushing through repetitions, and continuing through pain are common habits that can affect movement quality and place unnecessary stress on the body.
Train with control, progress gradually, and know when an exercise needs to be modified.
