We are very excited to be welcoming Eric Smith to the Centre as our newest team member🙏

Eric (He/Him) holds a Master's Degree focusing on intercultural reconciliation and belonging and is an Associate Addiction Counsellor. He believes that genuine change becomes possible not through skills alone, but through the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. Drawing on extensive lived experience in addiction, trauma, and mental health recovery, he works primarily from Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused approaches within a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework. Eric offers both individual and group counselling to diverse clients, adapting his approach to meet each person where they are, recognizing that recovery looks different for everyone.
