🦎🐍 A Wild Day at Forrester Court! 🐢🕷️

Yesterday, we had a visit from ZooLab bringing some fascinating exotic animal friends to Forrester Court! 💚

Our residents had the opportunity to get up close and learn about a wonderful variety of creatures, from scaly reptiles to some rather curious little critters! 🐍🦎🕷️

There were plenty of smiles, surprises and lots of interesting conversations as our residents discovered more about these amazing animals. Some were brave enough to get hands-on and meet our visitors up close! 😄

A huge thank you to the ZooLab team for creating such a memorable experience for our residents. We can't wait for our next wild adventure! 🌿🐾

A beautiful moment of connection, as the resident enjoyed the music through a VR experience. 🎧💙

Watching the joy, calm and emotion on their face reminded us that music has the power to create meaningful moments, spark memories and bring happiness in the simplest ways. 🌟

“Healing Touch by Maria.” ~ Forrester Court

Maria has a wonderful way of spreading warmth and kindness throughout the home. She loves visiting different units to spend time with other residents, particularly those with limited capacity to communicate or engage. She gently pampers them, holds their hands and offers comfort in a way that feels so nurturing and motherly.

What makes these moments truly emotional is seeing the residents’ reactions, a smile, a gentle gaze, a relaxed expression or simply reaching out for Maria’s hand. These small responses are incredibly meaningful and show the powerful impact of human connection. ❤️

🙏 Faith, Connection & Community at Forrester Court 🙏

Every Monday Forrester Court enjoys a meaningful church visit, taking part in Mass and sharing a special moment of prayer and reflection together. For residents who are unable to join us, we bring the spiritual experience to them through one-to-one visits in their rooms, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to connect with their faith. ❤️
