https://lnkd.in/eEggdfWe My passion as a Jefferson Health Registered G.I. Dietitian, is to share tips to help you debloat this holiday season and all year around!

1. Two Kiwis Daily
• Why: 3–4g fiber + actinidin enzyme to boost gut motility.
• How: Adds stool bulk and reduces bloating — as effective as some laxatives.
• Tip: Eat on an empty stomach in the morning.

2. PHGG vs Psyllium
• PHGG: 6g gentle soluble fiber; great for people who bloat easily.
• Psyllium: Bulk-forming gel fiber; stronger but may cause gas if not hydrated.
• Tip: Start with PHGG if sensitive; use psyllium if you need more bulk.

3. Ground Flaxseed
• Why: 3g fiber + omega-3s to soften stool and calm inflammation.
• Tip: 1–2 Tbsp ground daily in oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies.
Whole flaxseed = no benefit.
