Whenever possible, I encourage patients to schedule consultations with more than one surgeon. Finding the right surgeon—and the right practice—is about more than credentials. It’s about finding the right fit.
I’d like to think my charm and rapier wit usually help tip the scales. But if that doesn’t do it, let the results speak for themselves.
Take a look through our before and after gallery or the IG feed. We’ve got some bangers in there. You might even recognize some friends…and enemies.
Have a great weekend!

I don’t perform many small procedures these days, but this patient’s request caught my attention.
She had worn a glabellar piercing for nearly 15 years and was ready to move on. Rather than leaving the tract behind, the goal was to make it look as though it had never been there.
The procedure involved excising the entire piercing tunnel back to healthy tissue, followed by a meticulous layered closure. Drawing on reconstructive techniques I’ve used for years—often after skin cancer removal—I was able to place the final scar within the natural crease between the eyebrows to help it blend in.
It was a fun and rewarding case. She sent in photos four months after her procedure and she is thrilled with the result.

Happy 1-year Rhino-versary to my beautiful patient! 🎉
𝚁𝚞𝚜𝚑𝚎𝚕 is a talented injector based in Newport who runs her own successful aesthetics spot RUSHEL NURSE INJECTOR . She came to see me looking to refine the shape of her nose and freshen up her upper eyelids. We took her to the operating room, made a few thoughtful changes, and voilà!
As an injector, she’s part of a community that truly understands aesthetics and has no shortage of talented surgeons to choose from. That makes it especially meaningful that she trusted me with her care. The confidence and referrals I receive from fellow aesthetic providers never go unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful for that trust.
Congratulations on your 1-year anniversary, and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey!

This lovely local patient came to see me last year with concerns that many people begin to notice as they move through their 40s. She was bothered by early jowling, loss of jawline definition, neck laxity, and a heavier appearance around her eyes. Her goal was a natural, comprehensive rejuvenation that addressed her lower face, jawline, cheeks, and upper face.
In the operating room, we performed an early-intervention deep plane face and neck lift along with a temporal brow lift. At just 5 months after surgery, she’s thrilled with her results and says she feels like she looks the way she did in her 30s—refreshed, rested, and still completely herself.
It was such a pleasure caring for her throughout the process.

Ok I’m still on vacation but thought you needed a little break from my food and culture show. Don’t worry, we’ll get back to it soon enough!
This beautiful college student had a history of nasal trauma and difficulty breathing out of her nose. She also had aesthetic concerns with respect to her asymmetry and her bump.
During one of her breaks from college she had her surgery done, and I recently got to see her after seven months of healing.
I’ll keep this short and sweet, but her nose looks amazing and functions very well too. She is super excited about her new nose. Thanks so much to my colleague AG Aesthetic Center for sending her my way. We feel honored that others in the aesthetic surgery community trust us with their friends and patients. C’est tout! 💞 🇫🇷

This beautiful local patient first consulted with me in 2023 to discuss concerns about facial aging. Sometimes patients move forward with surgery right away, and sometimes they don’t. Life gets busy, priorities shift, or it simply takes time to feel ready for such a significant decision.
She returned to see us late last year to revisit the conversation, and that is perfectly okay. Surgery is a deeply personal decision—emotionally, physically, financially, and even spiritually. My role is never to rush that process. When the timing feels right, it feels right.
Just three months ago, we took her to the operating room for:

✅ Deep plane facelift
✅ Deep structural necklift
✅ Lateral brow lift (brow reset)
✅ Upper blepharoplasty
✅ Lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer
✅ Full-face laser resurfacing

Recovery always has its ups and downs, but for her, it was absolutely worth it.
At just three months post-op, she looks refreshed, rested, and naturally rejuvenated. Take a close look at the neck contour, the defined jawline, and the improvement in the texture and quality of the central neck skin. These are results that would have been difficult to achieve just a few years ago.
All this is to say that maybe it was worth the wait. However, if you’re thinking about surgery, then maybe start the consultation process now because we have very limited surgery and consultation availability for the next several months! 😊

This beautiful patient from Southern Oregon came to see me looking to refine the shape of her nose and lips. After discussing all of her options, we decided to move forward with a primary rhinoplasty and lip lift.
In most cases, I can perform nose and lip surgery at the same time, but there are a few exceptions. I generally do not combine a revision rhinoplasty with a lip lift because prior surgery can result in a less robust blood supply to the area. I also avoid combining these procedures when a patient wants changes to the shape or width of their nostrils, as the incisions occupy the same area and can work against one another.
In these situations, I stage the procedures—typically performing the lip lift first under local anesthesia with oral sedation, followed by the rhinoplasty under general anesthesia. It is a patient safety consideration and an approach that has served my patients well.
For this lovely patient, however, we were able to perform both procedures at the same time. She is shown here 4 months after surgery and is thrilled with her results and I’m so happy for her! 👃 + 👄 = 💥
