National self care Day, celebrated annually, this helps to promote life long self care and health habits !

Today we’ve been looking at wellness and relaxation, we’ve had hand massage, used warm flannels to help with distressing and relaxation and also done music and movement!

Some of us also had manicures 😊

Lucy has been in the home and helping Bev and Bayleigh with this!
